The school license is a one-time fee for up to 500 students. Should the number of students exceed 500, an additional license must be obtained for each additional group of up to 500 students. If you have multiple schools or buildings in a district, please contact us for a custom quote.

Please note that even though the software is compatible with Windows, macOS, Chrome OS and Android devices, the activation process is different for each platform and one site licence can only be used on one type of operating system.

If you are using an iPhone, iPad or macOS and prefer to use Apple’s School Manager: This version of the software is a standalone executable which requires manual installation (sideloading). The full version of Stop Motion Studio is also available through Apple School Manager, which includes all features with no in-app purchases. Apple does not provide direct links to the app in the Apple School Manager. To locate the app, simply search for “Stop Motion Studio Pro” (with a pink icon) on the School Manager page.

If you are using Android or Chromebooks: If your school has a Mobile Device Management (MDM) system installed, please contact us for assistance with purchasing an educational school license. We will require your school’s Enterprise Google ID EGID (starting C0 or LS0) to deliver the order.

The bundle includes:

• The HUE Book of Animation (formally the Klutz Book of Animation), which includes step-by-step instructions for creating 20 hilarious stop motion videos and ideas for even more. You can view these videos here.
• A single license for the fully-featured Stop Motion Studio for HUE software. Your animation software activation code will be printed on the back cover of the book.
