So it gives me great pleasure to pass on a top tip for a gift that combines all parents&#8217; desire for a return to old-fashioned toys with all kids&#8217; desire to play on a computer.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em> Called Hue Animation Studio, it&#8217;s easy-to-use computer software that allows kids to make their own little Aardman-style movies using Plasticine models they have crafted themselves. They can then upload their efforts on to YouTube, via the Hue website, for all the world to see.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em> Me and my six-year-old spent ages dreaming up storylines, crafting the models required, then using the stop-motion animation software to make a little movie.
